Arbitration is an out-of-court alternative to traditional litigation that provides parties a less expensive and more streamlined process to resolve their dispute. In an arbitration, one or more neutrals, after hearing evidence and arguments at an arbitration “hearing”, renders a decision (the “arbitration award”) that is binding on both parties and enforceable in court.
Ms. Gupta offer commercial arbitration services for a wide-range of subject matters, including general commercial, insurance, consumer disputes, employment disputes and financial services agreements. She is on the Panel for the American Arbitration Association, is a FINRA Arbitrator, a member of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (“CPR”) and is trained in online arbitrations. She is also currently offering mock arbitrations to help parties prepare for upcoming arbitrations.
