Rachel Gupta provides negotiation and mediation training to law firms and business executives and serves as outside general counsel for companies who do not have attorneys on staff and who want to minimize the costs of retaining a law firm. Some of the services offered include:

Dispute Prevention and Resolution Services: Rachel helps companies design and implement dispute resolution processes that address their company culture and ongoing needs. Whether it is drafting dispute resolution provisions for a company’s contracts so that when a dispute arises, the parties already have a pre-determined path to resolution, or helping companies train their employees to be better negotiators, Ms. Gupta applies her years of experience as both in-house counsel and neutral to help companies maximize their resources and be better prepared when a dispute arises.

Litigation Consulting: For companies without in-house counsel who find themselves facing litigation, having someone who can be the liaison between the company and litigation law firm can translate into big savings—both in terms of time and money. In this role, Rachel helps companies manage the day-to-day affairs of the litigation and/or negotiates a resolution on their behalf with their counterparts.
